What’s your return policy?

Half of any deposit is refundable prior to starting the project. After the project development begins, deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed will be billed and you can request a refund, which will come to: money paid minus cost of work completed minus 10% refund fee.


How much does it cost?

The price depends on each project on an individual basis. An estimate will need to be provided. Please contact us for your estimate.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our founder currently handles the majority of customer service for now to ensure you are provided with the most accurate information. Please contact Donald at (386) 215-0362 between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday thru Saturday and 1pm to 6pm on Sundays.


Do you guarantee your work?

Before we accept the final payment for your project, we require an authorized representative from your business to accept the work as satisfactory. Meaning, a final payment won't be due until you're happy. However, if you need additional features to be "happy", this may come with an additional cost. It is best to explain all features you want from the start to avoid additional costs.


Do you have any hidden fees?

All our costs are explained to you prior to the start of your project. Some costs may change based on an agreement you understand. For example, if a particular project has an hourly rate, such as regular maintenance on a website, we would charge additional costs if we have to exceed the expected hours of maintenance. Estimates are usually not a guaranteed quote either. This can change if circumstances or features change. It's best to explain your project in full detail prior to the start of the project.
